Associate Attorney
Miles Russon is a civil and business attorney whose practice spans both litigation and transactional matters. He represents individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies throughout Idaho in disputes involving contracts, real estate, employment, easement and boundary issues, and HOA conflicts, while also guiding clients through business formation, negotiations, and sophisticated contract drafting.
Drawing on courtroom experience and a background in technical communication, Miles crafts clear, enforceable agreements and delivers strategic advocacy when litigation becomes necessary. His approach centers on early case assessment, precise legal writing, and candid client communication, all aimed at protecting his clients’ immediate interests and positioning them for long‑term success.
Miles earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, where he served on Law Review and was president of the school’s Federalist Society chapter. He holds a B.A. in Technical Communication and Rhetoric from Utah State University, where he also played collegiate lacrosse.
He is admitted to practice in all Idaho state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho.
When not practicing law, Miles enjoys reading fantasy novels, watching sports, and exploring Idaho with his wife and their energetic son.
