Chief Operating Officer
Kira VanDeMoere serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Taylor Law Offices, where she oversees firm operations, strategic planning, and organizational development. She brings a diverse professional background spanning public service, human resources, and legal operations management.
Kira began her career in law enforcement as a Patrol Deputy before joining the State of Idaho, where she spent eight years developing policy and leading systems implementation initiatives. Following this, she dedicated several years to advancing her education and family before re-entering the workforce as Director of Human Resources for a marketing firm. Her leadership in that role, combined with her operational acumen, ultimately led her to the legal industry.
Prior to joining Taylor Law Offices, Kira held a management position at a mid-sized law firm of approximately forty attorneys, where she focused on operational efficiency, talent development, and firm-wide process improvement.
Outside of her professional role, Kira is active in her community and serves on the Board of Directors for HRATV and DisruptHR. She enjoys hiking, fitness, and volunteering with her children’s athletic and community programs.
